Having trouble placing an order?

If you are having difficulty placing an order with us, please may we kindly ask that you ensure to:

- Check that we accept the card you wish to pay with

- Make sure that there are no spaces in the debit/credit card number when you enter it

- Check that you have entered the correct expiry date of the card (you do not need to enter a start date or issue number if your card does not have one)

- Try a different debit/credit card

We apologise if you are still experiencing problems placing an order - please e-mail charlotte@atelier-rousseau.com to notify us of the problem so that we can send you a direct Paypal invoice for your order. We also accept alternative means of payment - for example, bank transfer or cheque (please note we cannot despatch an order until the payment has cleared).

Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment over the phone as we do not have the means to do so at this time.

Don't have a Paypal account?

You can still checkout through Paypal  and use their services without signing up or opening an account. Just follow the online instructions to pay without signing up.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay through Nochex at checkout. Nochex accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Solo payments.
